This includes completing membership processes, facilitating shopping through the www.margami.comwebsite, delivering purchased products to your address, informing you about our campaigns with your consent, recording your suggestions and complaints, and establishing better service standards, as well as determining and implementing commercial and business strategies.<\/p>

During the order creation process and throughout the usage period on the website platform, we collect and use your name, surname, contact information, address, and Turkish Republic identification number to fulfill legal obligations, process your orders, issue invoices, and deliver your orders in compliance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. Your personal data may be processed and shared based on the legal ground of “the necessity of processing data for the establishment, use, or protection of a right” in accordance with Article 5\/e of the Law for the purposes specified in this Information Text.
